Microtargeting

Using our state-of-the-art ad serving software, we can target your banner ad to a specific audience. This targeting is performed using domain names, and it allows your ad to be shown, for example, to Ford employees. We could also use this to target any auto manufacturer or supplier, university students and staff, or Internet Service Provider customers, like America Online subscribers only. We have found this level of targeting can increase click-through rates by 100% - 300%.

Flash Banner Guidelines

In order to track a flash ad, we need an expression inserted into the getURL action. The following are steps to take:

  1. A 1 pixel border is required
  2. Add an invisible button that spans your movie
  3. Assign an action to the button
  4. Use the action
    on (release) {
    getURL (clickTAG);
    }
  5. Export the movie as an .swf, taking note of which version Flash player you would like us to determine
  6. We will also need a .gif version of the ad to serve when a visitor does not have a Flash player installed
  7. Provide a click-through URL
